Startup Heat Simulation Room

​The Startup Simulation is an in-person startup simulation that brings founders, investors, mentors and ecosystem partners together to navigate real decisions, tradeoffs and uncertainty, before the stakes are real. ​Players allocate limited resources, build a team, choose where to focus and respond to uncertainty. Decisions compound over time, surfacing patterns and blind spots through safe failure and reflection. ​All of the participants encounter fundraising, team building, resource allocation and go-to-market decisions in a shared experience that can make later workshops, mentoring and ecosystem relationships more valuable.
