JetQuest Altitude: AfroTech Edition

The recovery morning after five days of AfroTech. Poolside at Heights House Hotel, a boutique hotel in the Houston Heights. Mat Pilates for every level, then ice bath rotations in small groups (optional), a 15 minute poolside talk on burnout and wellness, pool time with smoothies and fresh juices, and a closing toast with sparkling and recovery cocktails and mocktails. Free, by request: every guest is approved, so request your spot on Luma early. Bring activewear, swimwear and a towel; an ice bath waiver is signed at check in. A JetQuest event during AfroTech week, not an official AfroTech event.
